We are currently hiring for the position of Title Processor / Process Associate for our Bangalore office.

Job Details

- Position: Title Processor / Process Associate
- Location: Bangalore
- CTC: 4.4 LPA ( Fixed 4,01,000 + 39,000 Variable)
- Work Mode : Hybrid
- First 3 months will be work from Office for Training program

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Full-Time Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Strong written / Reading comprehension and the ability to work with detailed information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Review real estate-related records and documents using approved systems and information sources.
- Gather and organize information related to property ownership, transactions, and recorded documents.
- Validate names, dates,



property details, and recording information across multiple sources.
- Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and potential risks.
- Conduct additional research when records are incomplete or unclear.
- Interpret and summarize relevant information accurately.
- Support the preparation of title examination reports and title commitments after completing the required training.
- Maintain quality standards, process adherence, and confidentiality requirements.
