Eligibility:

- Graduate / UG candidates can apply
- Min. 6+ months of Customer Service experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent English & Hindi required
- Candidates should have explicit and professional communication

Salary & Incentives:

- CTC: 28,000 per month
- Take Home: 20,813 per month
- PLI: Up to 5,000
- Attractive performance-based earnings

Shift Timings:

Rotational shifts

- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
