Job Title: TIBCO Senior Developer

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Data virtualization, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), TIBCO HAWK technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc.,
- Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.
- Ability to handle complete SDLC Life cycle i.e development, bug fix, enhancements, deployments.
- Oversee the end-to-end integration process, from initial design through to implementation and maintenance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering,



with a focus on integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK.
- Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers.
- Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization.
- Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP/Messaging services and other integration protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional TIBCO certification(s).
- TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.
- Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.
- Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
