Key Responsibilities • Define the overall testing strategy for the PLM transformation program.

- Establish structured testing processes across development, integration, and business validation phases.
- Ensure test coverage for end-to-end engineering processes.
- Coordinate testing activities across business and IT teams.
- Monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
- Define test environments and data preparation strategies.
- Manage testing readiness for migration rehearsals and production rollout.
- Establish performance and load testing procedures.
- Implement automated testing frameworks where appropriate.
- Report testing quality metrics to program leadership.
