Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Test Driver to conduct road tests of ŠKODA passenger cars after servicing and repairs. The candidate will be responsible for verifying vehicle performance, identifying abnormal conditions, and ensuring the vehicle is safe and ready for customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct road tests of vehicles after service, repair, and maintenance.
- Check vehicle performance, handling, braking, steering, suspension, transmission, and other operating systems.
- Verify and confirm that reported customer complaints have been rectified.
- Identify abnormal noises, vibrations, warning indicators, or performance issues during test drives.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Supervisors regarding vehicle concerns.
- Conduct pre-test and post-test vehicle inspections.
- Follow all company and road safety procedures during test drives.
- Ensure proper handling and care of customer vehicles.
- Record and report test-drive findings accurately.
- Carry out final road tests before vehicle delivery whenever required.




- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct while handling customer vehicles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Positive knowledge of passenger cars and vehicle controls.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Test Driver / Driver / Automobile Technician / Road Tester in an automobile dealership or service centre.
- Good understanding of basic vehicle mechanical systems.
- Strong observation and troubleshooting skills.
- Safe and responsible driving habits.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a workshop environment.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in ŠKODA / Volkswagen / European passenger car dealerships or authorized automobile service centres will be preferred.
