As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure precise control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing phases. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable and efficient testing outcomes that support overall project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.




- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.

- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
