Job Title: Territory Technical Head – Industrial Automation & BMS

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Territory Technical Head – Industrial Automation & BMS to lead the technical and academic operations across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical trainers, ensuring training quality, developing industry-relevant curriculum, conducting technical evaluations, and supporting branch-level technical requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, Industrial Automation, Building Management Systems (BMS) and related technologies, along with strong leadership and team-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
Lead and manage the technical operations of Industrial Automation and BMS across the assigned territory.
Provide technical guidance and support to trainers and branch technical teams.
Ensure consistent technical standards across all branches.
Monitor and evaluate the technical capabilities of trainers.
2. Industrial Automation
Strong expertise in
PLC Programming
SCADA
HMI
DCS
VFD
Industrial Sensors & Instrumentation
Control Panels
Industrial Communication Protocols
Automation Troubleshooting
Guide trainers in practical and project-based training.
Ensure students receive hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems.
3. BMS Technical Operations
Lead BMS training and technical activities across the territory.

Support the development of practical BMS projects and training modules.
4. Trainer Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Industrial Automation and BMS trainers.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
Conduct regular technical assessments of trainers.
Identify skill gaps and arrange technical development programs.
Monitor trainer performance and classroom delivery quality.
5. Curriculum & Academic Development
Develop and standardize Industrial Automation and BMS curriculum.
Update course content according to current industry requirements.
Design practical assignments, industrial projects, lab exercises, and assessments.
Introduce new technologies and industry-oriented training modules.
6. Quality Assurance
Conduct technical audits and classroom observations across branches.
Monitor training quality and student feedback.
Ensure standardized technical delivery across the territory.
Take corrective actions wherever required.
7. Student & Placement Support
Conduct technical assessments and mock interviews.
Guide students in industrial projects and final-year projects.
Support the placement team with technical candidate evaluations.
Develop industry-oriented projects to improve student employability.
8. Branch & Management Coordination
Coordinate with Branch Managers, Regional Technical Heads, Territory Managers, and Management.
Identify technical requirements of individual branches.
Support branches during trainer recruitment and technical evaluations.
Prepare and submit regular technical performance reports to management.
9. Industry Exposure & Business Support
Develop relationships with industrial automation and BMS companies.
Identify opportunities for industrial visits, internships, workshops, and placements.
Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and demonstrations.
Support the organization in developing current technical programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
6+ years of relevant industry/training experience in Industrial Automation and/or BMS.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical leadership or team-management role preferred.
Strong practical and troubleshooting experience.
