We are expanding our presence in North Tamil Nadu and are looking for a passionate sales professional to strengthen our dealer network and drive business growth.

Position Summary The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer and distributor network, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Promote Vivanta Seeds' hybrid vegetable seed portfolio.
- Organize farmer meetings, field days, crop demonstrations, and dealer meetings.
- Provide technical guidance and agronomic support to farmers and dealers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular market intelligence reports.




- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and successful product launches.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, or any relevant discipline (preferred).
- 3–8 years of sales experience in the seed, agri-input, crop protection, or fertilizer industry.
- Experience in vegetable seed sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong dealer network in Krishnagiri and surrounding districts.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Territory Exposure Candidates with experience in one or more of the following districts are preferred:
- Krishnagiri
- Dharmapuri
- Salem
- Tirupattur
- Vellore
- Ranipet
- Kanchipuram
