Renovate Biologicals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to drive sales and business development activities for our medical device portfolio within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, promoting products to healthcare professionals, and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, healthcare institutions, doctors, distributors, and other healthcare professionals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

•Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.

Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, product availability, and customer support.





- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, CMEs, and medical exhibitions to promote products.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and territory performance updates.
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records.

Required skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of medical devices and healthcare industry.
- Ability to build relationships with doctors and hospital procurement teams.

Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred qualification :

•Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field with 0-3 Years of experience.

MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
