Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for advisor recruitment, activation, team handling, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business and revenue through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, train, activate and manage insurance advisors.
- Achieve territory sales and business targets.
- Manage advisor productivity and performance.
- Conduct field visits and joint calls to generate business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors and customers.
- Track performance and implement strategies for territory growth.
