Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial bids, tender documents, and cost estimates for EPC and infrastructure projects.

- Review tender notices, bid documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical documents.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and evaluate commercial proposals.

- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, execution, contracts, and commercial teams during bid preparation.

- Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions with clients and consultants when required.

- Prepare bid summaries, risk assessments, cost comparisons, and management approval notes.

- Develop value engineering proposals and cost optimization strategies.

- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete technical and commercial documentation.

- Analyze post-tender clarifications and participate in negotiations with clients.

- Maintain a database of historical costs, productivity norms, vendor quotations, and tender documentation.

- Monitor tender schedules and ensure compliance with client requirements and submission timelines.

- Support business development by identifying opportunities and evaluating project feasibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–15 years of experience in tendering and estimation for EPC,



infrastructure, or civil construction projects.

- Experience in Airport, Metro, Highways, Industrial, Buildings, Data Centres, or other large infrastructure projects will be preferred.

- Robust understanding of construction methodologies, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.

- Knowledge of contract conditions, tendering procedures, and commercial evaluation.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
