Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and Private tenders
- Study tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications and eligibility criteria
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
- Handle GeM / e-tendering portals and online bid submissions
- Coordinate for EMD, BG, declarations, certificates and supporting documents
- Prepare costing, BOQ analysis and tender compliance sheets
- Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda and submission deadlines
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, sales and management for timely bid submission
Preferred Background: Electrical / MEP / EPC / Power Distribution / Industrial Projects
