Tender Executive

? Location: Ganesh Glory, Gota, Ahmedabad

? Experience: Fresher (0–6 months)

We are looking for a Tender Executive who is eager to learn and build a career in government tendering and e-procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling tender processes on GeM Portal, E-Procurement and N-Procurement platforms
- Search and identify relevant government tender opportunities
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial requirements
- Maintain tender records, documentation and follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tender requirements
- Track tender deadlines and submission status

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Interest in government tendering and e-procurement processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Basic understanding of GeM, E-Procurement or N-Procurement will be an added advantage.
