About Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, follow-up, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should have good knowledge of government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders .
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state government portals .
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Production, and other departments for required tender documents.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and bids.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, performance security, and other tender-related documentation .
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.
- Track tender results, amendments, corrigenda, and deadlines.




- Coordinate with clients/departments regarding clarifications and tender requirements.
- Prepare comparative statements and maintain tender-related MIS reports.
- Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, and other post-tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and submission requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-tendering and government procurement processes .
- Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and other government tender portals .
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Positive command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication .
- Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with experience in tendering, government sales, procurement, or the medical equipment/pharma industry will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or government sales tenders will be an added advantage.
