? Location: Pune
Dhupa Brother Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on expertise in GeM Portal, Government & Defence procurement.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & monitor Government/Defence tenders
- Handle GeM, e-Tenders & Reverse Auctions
- Prepare & submit technical & commercial bids
- Manage BOQ, compliance sheets, EMD, BG & tender documentation
- Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers & internal teams
- Track tender status, corrigenda, results & contract awards
? Requirements:
- Strong experience in GeM & Defence tenders
- Government/PSU procurement experience preferred
- Positive communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
