Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers, explaining our products or services, answering questions, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads through phone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Convert interested leads into customers.
- Provide regular reports on calls and lead status.

Skills Required:




- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and local languages.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.

Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate / 12th Pass can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
