Job Summary

We are looking for an English-speaking Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for contacting potential customers through provided leads, understanding their requirements, and inviting them to visit our office/furniture showroom for further discussion and product demonstration.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
- Communicate with customers professionally in English and Hindi.
- Understand customer requirements regarding furniture and interior solutions.
- Explain our products, services, and company offerings to potential customers.
- Convince and encourage interested customers to visit our office/showroom.
- Schedule customer visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
- Update lead status and customer information in the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Maintain a polite, professional,



and positive approach while speaking with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and customer-visit targets.

Requirements
- Good English communication and calling skills are mandatory.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel/CRM skills preferred.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
