Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through outbound calls.
- Monitor and analyze call quality, providing feedback to team members for improvement.

Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in telesales or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in an outbound sales environment.
- Solid leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team remotely.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
