About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at our Viman Nagar studio. You will handle both inbound enquiries from customers interested in our services and outbound calls to generate new bookings and follow up on leads.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing studio with a solid local reputation. If you are good on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and want to work in a premium automotive environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries from customers asking about ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, and accessories
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, past customers, and prospects to generate new bookings
- Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into confirmed studio appointments
- Explain our services clearly and simply to customers who may not be familiar with car protection or accessories
- Follow up on quotes and pending enquiries to close bookings
- Maintain a call log and update customer records regularly




- Coordinate with the studio team to confirm appointment slots and communicate timelines to customers
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat services, seasonal packages, and referrals
- Collect customer feedback post-service and flag any concerns to the team

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
- Proven track record of handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Clear and confident communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based customer communication
- Ability to explain services simply without using technical jargon
- Target-oriented with a positive and persistent attitude
- Organised with good follow-up habits — no lead left behind
- Genuine interest in cars is a plus but not mandatory
- Freshers and interns with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Compensation

- Experienced candidates (2 to 5 years): ₹22,000 per month
- Interns and freshers: ₹12,000 per month
