Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Telesales

Executive will engage with prospective students and families over phone calls, explaining study abroad options, services, and processes, and converting inquiries into confirmed leads and enrollments. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up consistently to nurture leads.



The role involves coordinating with counselors and other team members to schedule appointments, share updated information about courses, exams, and universities, and support students through the initial stages of their overseas education journey.

The Telesales

Executive is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring a professional and supportive experience for every caller.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking ability and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present services persuasively, negotiate when needed, and achieve conversion targets.
- Additional qualifications such as basic computer and CRM proficiency, familiarity with education consulting or telesales, and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
