At Raja Bhai Enterprises (India's Leading Farming Machines Manufracturer), We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively
- Generate sales and achieve targets
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
