This job is provided by apna.co Job Title: Placement Officer Job Band: E2 Department: Operations Reporting To: Manager Direct Reports: 5–6 Working Days: 6 Days/Week Key Responsibilities Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates. Build and manage relationships with existing and new booking offices. Maintain and engage a strong supply partner base for seamless matchmaking.
Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams. Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues. Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets.
Candidate Requirements
Solid negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Graduation is preferred but not mandatory. Please review and let me know if any changes are required.
