Role Description WE’RE HIRING | TELECALLER – PROJECT BASED

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 6 Months–1 Year

Project Duration: 1 Month

Salary: ₹15000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a Telecaller for a short-term project-based assignment. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling queries, following up with leads,



and maintaining daily calling records.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to customers/candidates.

✅ Follow up with leads and interested prospects.

✅ Explain project/product/service information clearly.

✅ Handle queries and resolve basic concerns.

✅ Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

✅ Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets.

✅ Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates and closures.

✅ Maintain professional communication with customers/candidates.

Requirements

✔️ 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a related field.

✔️ Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.

✔️ Comfortable making regular outbound calls.

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

✔️ Ability to maintain calling reports and customer records.

✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated.

✔️ Comfortable working on a 1-month project basis.

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation- ₹15000 -₹20,000 per month
