Role Overview

We are a digital lending platform based in Bangalore. We are seeking high-energy, execution-focused Telesales(Inbound/Outbound) Executives to join our sales team. This is a 100% Work from Office (WFO) role. As an individual contributor, your primary focus will be closing loan applications, meeting daily calling targets, and maintaining impeccable data discipline within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Sales & Loan Conversion

- Close Allocated Leads: Call digital loan applicants and guide them through the final stages of the disbursement funnel.
- Handle Customer Objections: Effectively address customer queries regarding interest rates, processing fees, tenure, and documentation.
- Drive Customer Retention: Execute outbound campaigns to cross-sell or renew loans for existing high-value borrowers.
- Script Adherence: Strictly follow standard operating pitches while utilizing active listening to counter customer hesitation.

2. Metric Tracking & Pipeline Maintenance

- Hit Activity Goals: Meet daily individual targets for Talk Time, Number of Connected Calls, and Daily Leads Touched.
- Maintain CRM Hygiene:



Update the CRM in real-time with accurate disposition codes and detailed customer notes after every call.
- Track Personal Funnel: Monitor your own daily and monthly conversion percentages from raw lead allocation to final loan disbursement.
- Follow-up Discipline: Manage a tight follow-up pipeline to ensure zero dropped leads or missed callbacks.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a tele-calling(outbound) agent or sales executive in digital lending, NBFCs or retail banking.
- Core Selling Skills: Proven history of achieving or exceeding individual monthly targets for loan disbursements, insurance, or credit cards.
- Metric Orientation: Deep familiarity with basic call center performance metrics (AHT, Contact Rate, Conversion Rates).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a distinct advantage.
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO) at our Bangalore office.
