About the Role

SellMitra is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will connect with customers who have already submitted an enquiry, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and help convert genuine enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who have raised enquiries through SellMitra.
- Understand the customer's requirements and provide suitable information.
- Explain SellMitra's products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the enquiry process.
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the relevant sales/team members when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Valuable listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/Gujarati/English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Only experienced candidates can apply.
