: We are looking for an experienced EPABX Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EPABX/Intercom systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities:

- Installation and programming of EPABX systems.
- Fault diagnosis and repair of EPABX, intercom, and telephone lines.
- Configuration of extensions, IVR, call routing, and voicemail.
- Routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Customer support and on-site troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP PBX, LAN) is an added advantage.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in EPABX installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of analog, digital, and IP PBX systems.
- Experience with brands like Matrix, Panasonic, NEC, Crystal, or similar preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
