Location: India (Gurugram) / Hybrid, with travel as needed

Owns the OSS program lifecycle end-to-end — presales and opportunity shaping, greenfield architecture, brownfield/legacy migration, and program governance through steady-state delivery for large telecom operator engagements, with a roadmap toward autonomous, self-healing network operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead presales engagements — RFP/RFI response, solution architecture, effort estimation and commercial shaping — and present win themes to CxO/VP-level telco stakeholders.

•Own end-to-end solution design across inventory management, service assurance, fault/performance management, order fulfillment and orchestration.

•Architect greenfield OSS stacks aligned to TM Forum ODA/eTOM/SID, including vendor and tooling selection and reference architecture creation.

•Define the roadmap toward autonomous networks — closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration and zero-touch operations — across OSS and network layers.

•Lead brownfield OSS modernization and legacy-to-target platform migrations with minimal service disruption across multi-vendor networks.

•Own inventory reconciliation,



data migration and cutover strategy across RAN, Core, Transport and IP/Optical domains, including rollback planning.

•Own delivery governance for multi-year, multi-workstream programs — scope, schedule, risk, quality and financials.

•Act as single technical point of accountability across design, build, test and operate phases, coordinating L1/L2/L3 delivery teams.

•Establish and track program KPIs/SLAs, steering committee reporting and executive dashboards.

•Mentor solution/delivery leads and build reusable accelerators, frameworks and playbooks across engagements.
