Key Responsibilities

- Counselling Coordination and Candidate Engagement
- CRM and Data Management
- Performance and Productivity Management
- Ensure achievement of daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency using CRM and AI tools.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in CRM or Lead Management Software.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong call handling and telephonic communication techniques.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital platforms and new technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for call summaries, communication drafting, follow-up tracking, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to maintain and manage digital records accurately. Soft Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills.
