Responsibilities

- Calling Customers to explain about the product terms and conditions.

- Follow up with Customers to confirm if the guidelines (as per process) are being followed.

- Updating call logs in Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Effective Linguistic skills Hindi (must), Marathi / Punjabi / Haryanvi (either of them a must), and English (preferred)

- Disciplined and Courteous

- Listening and Comprehending skills

- Willing to make a career in Call center and then subsequently in Back-office
