Job Title: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Office

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain Neera Farm products, benefits, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Maintain customer records and lead details accurately in Google Sheets.
- Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
