Job Summary The Investment House is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Pre-Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork player.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Telecalling or Pre-Sales.
- Experience handling property leads will be an added advantage.
- Graduation preferred.

- Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
