Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate and qualify leads, explain property projects, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain property projects, locations, amenities, and other relevant details.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule property/site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation,



and site-visit targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate, telecalling, or sales is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to achieve sales goals.
