moventAI is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers and learners, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about moventAI’s training programmes and maintaining regular follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain moventAI’s training programmes, services and other relevant offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested prospects and support them throughout the enquiry process.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Update lead information and communication status in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Work towards achieving assigned calling, follow-up and conversion targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s programmes and offerings.




- Follow company policies related to confidentiality and data security.
- Participate in training and development activities to improve communication and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
