Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Lead Generation to connect with prospective clients, introduce ITChamps’ products and services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and generate new leads.
- Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and other languages.
- Strong persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
