We are looking for confident and experienced Telecallers for Loan & Insurance services. Candidates should have good communication skills and experience in outbound calling, customer handling, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain loan and insurance products/services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
