Suchitra Agri Implements Private Limited is expanding its sales team and looking for a motivated Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join us.

? Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, YouTube, website, social media and direct customer enquiries
- Make outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural machinery and tractor implements
- Explain product features, specifications, applications and pricing
- Share product photos, videos, brochures and technical information through WhatsApp/email
- Handle customer queries and build strong customer relationships
- Convert enquiries and qualified leads into sales and confirmed orders
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups and sales status in Zoho CRM
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records using MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team during the sales process
- Support brand promotion, product marketing and basic office activities when required

? Requirements
- Hindi, Telugu & English – Mandatory




- Knowledge of any additional regional Indian language is an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in making calls and following up with customers
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM, MS Excel & Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and explain product information clearly
- Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Sales-oriented, proactive and willing to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply

? Salary & Incentives₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives ? Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹10,000+ per month, based on performance and sales conversion.

Higher performance = Higher earning potential.
