Key Responsibilities

- Call and interact with Indian clients professionally.
- Start every conversation confidently with a smart English greeting, then communicate fluently in Bengali and Hindi.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Handle customer queries and different situations professionally.
- Perform timely follow-ups with leads until closure.
- Send company profiles, proposals, and other details through WhatsApp and Email.
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Telecalling experience .
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi .
- Ability to start conversations confidently in English .
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
