Job Summary:

- We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to coordinate effectively between distributors, stockists, and the field sales team.

- The role involves regular follow-ups, order coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and field force for order followups and updates

- Maintain regular communication to ensure product availability and stock updates

- Track pending orders, dispatch status, and resolve queries

- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and interactions

- Support field sales team with required data and coordination

- Ensure timely sharing of schemes, offers, and product updates Required Skills & Competencies:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

- Basic knowledge of pharma distribution (preferred)

- Ability to work with data and maintain records

- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

- Preferred language

- Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Marathi or Gujarati; knowledge of both languages will be an added advantage.
