Role Description The Telecaller role at Easy Code Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing learners, providing information about courses, admission processes, and program perks. The Telecaller will follow up on leads, maintain call logs and records in the CRM, and support enrollment by addressing queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.

Daily tasks include updating candidate status, coordinating with the admissions and counseling teams,



and sharing feedback from callers to help improve communication and outreach. The Telecaller will be expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a courteous and learner-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with transparent pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, understand learner needs, and provide accurate information and guidance.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or call management tools for data entry and follow-up tracking.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving approach to handling queries and concerns.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or admissions counseling is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage high call volumes, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
