Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to candidates/customers and explain available job opportunities and services.

- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain call records and update candidate information.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements - Education:
