Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.

Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.

Explain tour packages, pricing, inclusions and exclusions clearly.

Prepare and share quotations with customers.

Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and confirmations.

Maintain daily records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.





Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi and English communication required; Marathi will be an advantage.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge.

Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in travel sales, telecalling or tourism will be an advantage. ? Salary & Benefits ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
