- Understand the customers loan default situation and requirements.

- Explain suitable legal and loan settlement solutions to customers.

- Convert interested leads into clients through effective communication and sales skills.

- Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records.

- Handle customer queries professionally and build trust with potential clients.

- Achieve weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the legal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English and willing to work from the office.
