Role Description

We are hiring a full time Tele Sales Executive for our Bengaluru office. The role involves engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, explaining FinCerta Capital's services, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is target-driven, proactive, and enjoys building relationships over the phone.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of finance or business funding is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Fluent in English; additional Indian languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
