Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, well-spoken female tele caller to generate and qualify solar leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and support our sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective residential/commercial customers from provided databases and campaign leads
- Answer inbound inquiries about solar installation, subsidies (PM Surya Ghar), and pricing
- Explain GWSPL's products/services clearly and answer basic customer queries
- Qualify leads based on rooftop area, sanctioned load, and budget
- Schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel




- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on campaign feedback

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- 02 years of experience in tele calling/telesales (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Clear, pleasant, and confident telephone manner
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM entry)
- Target-driven and comfortable with call volume expectations
