We are seeking a communicative and customer-focused Part-Time Telemarketing Executive to join our team at our veterinary hospital in Chanthavila. In this role, you will be the primary voice connecting our hospital with pet parents—helping schedule appointments, inform clients about vaccination schedules, grooming packages, and health check-up camps, while maintaining high client retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective pet parents to introduce veterinary services, wellness packages, grooming offers, and seasonal care campaigns.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book appointments for consultations, surgeries, grooming, and vaccinations using the clinic management system.
- Reminder & Follow-up Management: Send timely follow-up calls and reminders for overdue vaccinations, follow-up health visits, and medication refills.
- Client Feedback & Relations: Gather feedback post-treatment or service, resolve minor queries, and escalate complex medical concerns to the veterinary staff.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate client and pet records, call logs, and response status in the CRM system.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Love for Pets
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer support, or call center operations (prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or pet care is a plus).
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, empathetic, and persuasive telephone etiquette with genuine comfort interacting with pet owners.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / Google Sheets and clinic software management).

Compensation & Working Hours

- Shift: 4- 5 hours per day
- Compensation: Competitive fixed salary performance-based incentive allowance based on booking conversions.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
