? Key Responsibilities
✔ Connect with interested students and parents through calls and follow-ups
✔ Understand students' learning goals, career interests, and requirements
✔ Validate leads and assess admission readiness
✔ Share basic information about courses and programs
✔ Maintain call records and update lead status
✔ Follow up with interested candidates
✔ Coordinate with the Counseling & Sales Team
✔ Pass qualified leads to the counseling team for further discussion
✔ Maintain professional and student-friendly communication
