Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Fresher with a willingness to build a career in telemarketing/sales.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Positive verbal communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English and/or local languages.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
