About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Parke Parking. The role involves communicating with potential customers, parking partners, property owners, and vendors over the phone and supporting the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, vendors, and parking partners.
- Introduce Parke Parking and explain our services clearly.
- Identify potential parking locations and business opportunities through calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and partners.
- Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the field and business development teams.
- Handle basic customer and partner queries professionally.
- Schedule meetings or field visits when required.




- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential partners.

Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- English and Malayalam preferred; other local languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
