Telecaller – Umrah Sales

Employment: Full time

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for Umrah enquiries.
- Explain Umrah packages, pricing and inclusions.
- Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain lead/CRM records and daily follow-up reports.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the operations team.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Freshers can apply; Travel/Umrah sales experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and customer-friendly.

Target & Incentive:

- Monthly Target: 5 - 10 confirmed Umrah bookings.
- Target Achievement: Additional incentives/bonuses may be provided for achieving or exceeding monthly targets.
- Performance Review: Targets and incentive structure may be revised based on business requirements and individual performance.

Salary: Fixed Salary Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
