Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and articulate Tele Caller who will primarily call students from available databases and successfully convert them into walk-ins at the ZenV Quantum office and our Channel Partner offices. The role is critical to filling ZenCube program batches and requires excellent communication skills, energy, and the ability to create genuine curiosity about the program in every conversation.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students from provided databases (college lists, leads, and internal data).
- Clearly explain the ZenCube program (Nano, Mini & Capstone projects) in simple, engaging language.
- Create curiosity and interest during the conversation so students feel motivated to visit the office.
- Schedule and confirm student visits to ZenV Quantum office and Channel Partner locations.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain accurate call and appointment records.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversations, and confirmed walk-ins.
- Handle basic student queries about the program, duration, benefits and next steps.
- Coordinate with the counselling / admissions team for smooth handover of walk-in students.
- Maintain a skilled, positive and energetic tone in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

- Confident spoken English and clear articulation (mandatory).




- Ability to create curiosity and interest while speaking about a program or opportunity.
- Positive listening skills and a polite, student-friendly approach.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM or simple tracking tools).
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in tele-calling, student counselling, BPO, or sales support.
- Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week.
- Positive attitude, target orientation and willingness to learn about ZenCube offerings.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior experience in education / ed-tech / training institute tele-calling or admissions support.
- Ability to speak Telugu / Hindi in addition to English (helpful for local student conversations).
- Familiarity with basic CRM or lead tracking systems.
